At each training, check-in begins at 5 PM on day one and the training ends at 2:00 PM on day five. Trainees will be required to stay together as a group during the entire event (including nights and meals) because many opportunities for processing and reflection happen after the daily sessions and the momentum gained each day can be disrupted if the trainee returns to their normal environment.
Guys and girls have a separate sleeping area. Adult supervision will be present during the training at all times. All Teen Renovation staff will be required to have a background check conducted before serving in a training event.
